Support & FAQ
Answers to common questions about FaithFlow
Is FaithFlow a social platform?
No, FaithFlow is not a social platform. It is a private, personal spiritual journaling tool. Your entries are private and only accessible to you. There are no public feeds, sharing features, or social interactions within the app.
Is my information public?
No, your information is completely private. All your journals, prayers, testimonies, and prophecies are stored securely and are only accessible to you through your account. We do not share, sell, or make public any of your spiritual records.
How do I use journals wisely?
Use your journal to record your daily walk with God, reflections on Scripture, answered prayers, and spiritual insights. Be honest and authentic, but also remember that journaling is a tool to help you grow—not a measure of your spirituality. Focus on quality time with God, not just documentation.
How do I handle prophecies recorded in FaithFlow?
If you record prophetic words, always test them against Scripture. Scripture tells us to test all things and hold fast to what is good. Any prophetic word should align with God's character as revealed in the Bible. Record them, pray over them, and wait for God's timing. Seek counsel from mature believers if needed.
Can I share my entries with others?
FaithFlow is designed as a private spiritual record. While testimonies can be powerful when shared appropriately, the app itself does not have built-in sharing features. If you choose to share something, do so with wisdom and discernment, and always consider the context and timing.
What if I want to delete my account?
You have full control over your data. You can delete individual entries or your entire account at any time. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our systems.
Does FaithFlow replace reading the Bible or prayer?
Absolutely not. FaithFlow is a tool to complement your spiritual disciplines, not replace them. We encourage you to use FaithFlow alongside regular Bible study, prayer, fellowship, and other spiritual practices. Your journal should reflect your time with God, not substitute for it.
Is FaithFlow available on all devices?
FaithFlow is available as a mobile app. Check the app store for your device to download and begin using FaithFlow. The website provides information and support, but the core journaling features are in the mobile app.
