Question 1

How do I find an older journal, prophecy, or testimony?

Accepted Answer

On the Journal, Prophecy, and Testimony lists, use the filters and sorting at the top to narrow by date range. Prayer Requests work differently: they use status tabs and Sphere grouping instead of those date filters. See the prayer questions below if you are looking for a prayer.

Question 2

How do I search through my saved entries?

Accepted Answer

On Home, tap the search icon to open Search My Journey. Search currently looks through the words in your journals, prophecies, and testimonies. Prayer requests are not included in Search My Journey yet — use the Prayer Requests screen (status tabs and Sphere grouping) to find them.

Question 3

Why can't I find one of my prayer requests?

Accepted Answer

On Prayer Requests, check the status tabs (All, Pending, Answered, Released). If the prayer was archived, tap View archived below the tabs. Prayers are also grouped by Sphere, so open the matching Sphere. Date filters on Journal, Prophecy, and Testimony lists do not apply to Prayer Requests.

Question 4

Can I download or export my entries?

Accepted Answer

Exporting or downloading all your entries is not available yet. We're planning an export feature and will announce it in the app when it's ready. You can continue accessing your saved entries through FaithFlow.

Question 5

How do I organize my prayers using Sphere, Praying for, and Theme?

Accepted Answer

When you create or edit a prayer, you can use three optional layers: Sphere (who or what area of life — Family, Friends, Ministry, Church, Work, Acquaintance, Nations, Self, Other, or one you add), Praying for (the person or topic, such as a name or ministry), and Theme (the kind of prayer, such as Healing or Career). Open the prayer list to see prayers grouped by Sphere.

Question 6

What do Pending, Answered, Released, and Archived mean?

Accepted Answer

Pending means you are still praying. Answered means God answered, and you can note how. Released means you have placed it in God’s hands and are no longer holding it — a Released prayer can later become Answered, and FaithFlow keeps a record of that journey. Archived hides a prayer from your main list without deleting it; tap View archived below the status tabs to see those prayers.

Question 7

How do I add updates to a prayer over time?

Accepted Answer

Open the prayer and add a progress update. Your updates are kept in order so you can see how the prayer unfolded.

Question 8

How do I set a reminder?

Accepted Answer

For a prayer, set the reminder when you create or edit it, in the Reminder section — turn it on and choose the time. You can also review reminders in Reminder Center. Allow notifications for FaithFlow in your phone settings so reminders can appear.

Question 9

Why am I not receiving reminders?

Accepted Answer

Check these in order: (1) Allow notifications for FaithFlow in your phone settings. (2) On Android, make sure battery saver is not stopping FaithFlow, and that alarms and reminders are allowed in your phone settings. (3) Open the reminder in FaithFlow and confirm it is switched on with the right time. Reminder delivery depends on your device and settings — we cannot guarantee every notification. If it still does not work, email support@myfaithflow.app with your phone model and we will help.

Question 10

I forgot my password. How do I regain access?

Accepted Answer

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the email we send you. If Enhanced Privacy is on, your recovery phrase is separate from your password — keep both safe.

Question 11

I can't sign in. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

First check your internet connection. Then update FaithFlow to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If you see “Unable to connect,” close the app fully and try again. If it continues, email support@myfaithflow.app and include your phone model and app version (Settings shows the version).

Question 12

Who can see or access my entries?

Accepted Answer

Your entries belong to your account. There is no public feed. Written entries are encrypted at rest on our servers for every FaithFlow account. If you turn on Enhanced Privacy, new entries are encrypted on your phone with a key only you hold, so FaithFlow cannot read those protected entries. We do not sell your data. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.

Question 13

What is Enhanced Privacy, and what happens if I lose my recovery phrase?

Accepted Answer

Enhanced Privacy is an optional extra layer. When it is on, new entries are encrypted on your phone with a key only you hold. Even FaithFlow’s servers cannot read them.

If you lose both your password and your recovery phrase, we cannot recover those Enhanced Privacy entries. If you are still signed in and unlocked, you can create a new recovery phrase in Settings. Write the new one down and keep it safe.

Turning Enhanced Privacy off does not unlock entries that were already protected.

Question 14

Can I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete Account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This removes your account and your data, and it cannot be undone.

Question 15

How do I contact FaithFlow when I still need help?

Accepted Answer

Email support@myfaithflow.app, or in the app go to Settings → Contact us. We'll do our best to help. You can also use the Support page on this website for contact options.
